The weeks leading up to Christmas can be the busiest of the entire Year.
So why not join us over 6 Monday nights in November and December and spend some time following a Yoga Nidra Practice so that you can relax, rejuvenate and regain some balance in your life.
Our experienced teacher will lead you through a series of poses on the Mat before preparing you for a calming and relaxing Mediation session.
Trained in IRest Yoga Nidra, our teacher will guide you through a restorative meditation practice that will help you to release negative body sensation, emotion, beliefs and stress and leave you with a sense of better health and well being for your body, mind and spirit.
What is Integrative Restoration – iRest?
iRest is a transformative practice derived from the ancient teachings of tantric yoga that leads to psychological, physical, and spiritual health and well-being. Experience first-hand this ancient tool for health, healing and awakening that you can integrate into your existing yoga practices, teachings, relationships, and daily life.
“iRest for me is not only something to be practiced. It is like an upgrading of the software in helping me to be more at home with myself at all levels of being.”
– Leigh Blashki, President Yoga Australia
Beginners Welcome no previous Yoga or Meditation experience required.

The future for natural therapies is exciting. The use of natural medicines is growing annually as individuals take responsibility for their health and well-being. The more paternalistic models of medicine are being challenged. The first goal for natural therapies students is to find out how to manage their own physical health, mental well-being and spiritual awareness.
