Enjoy a Restful Night’s Sleep!
Join us for 3 Monday night sessions, where we will be focusing entirely on Yoga to help improve your sleeping patterns.
We live in a busy world, our minds and bodies are constantly on the go and sometimes it proves a challenge to wind down at the end of the day and enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.
Yoga can offer some solutions to achieving better sleep patterns.
Our experienced Teacher Gabrielle will guide you through a number of poses that will stimulate your nervous system, increase blood circulation, and help eliminate toxins from the body as well as using the breath to help relax your mind
You will learn about the Philosophy and Holistic Yoga approach to normalizing sleep patterns and work on the Body and Mind using Yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.
Over 3 classes we aim to provide you with a number of poses and Yoga Techniques that you can incorporate into your evening routine.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

The future for natural therapies is exciting. The use of natural medicines is growing annually as individuals take responsibility for their health and well-being. The more paternalistic models of medicine are being challenged. The first goal for natural therapies students is to find out how to manage their own physical health, mental well-being and spiritual awareness.
