The certificate of Threat management / workplace violence is designed to provide the student with the knowledge, insight and skills required to detect and manage workplace violence, including post event care.
The competencies achieved through this 1 day module will enable students to effectively analyse, prepare and apply effective measures to manage and mitigate workplace behavioural issues and the potential realisation of escalation to violence.
The focus of this module is to provide students with the tools and techniques to effectively understand and apply workplace threat and after care management, focussing on the analysis and response to indicative behaviours and actions.
