Water based exercise class.This is a fun workout designed to improve or maintain ones own fitness. The dynamic cardiovascular base is intensified through learning how to move and use the water – Due to the buoyant nature of the water this class caters
for a wide range of fitness levels; limited only by ones own fitness or joint flexibility. Aquacise is also a great form of conditioning for rehabilitation.
