A continuation class from the beginners that helps to further develop your weaving techniques and skills. Projects for this class may include kete, Whiri, pikau (backpack), kupenga (net), potae (hat) and taniko. For this class it is important that you
have confidently completed the beginners class or have prior knowledge of weaving as students need to come to class with their prepared strips ready for weaving. For the first class students will need 20 hapine whenu (strips that have been scraped/softened)
plain or dyed. Please bring Tools/Equipment and 20 Rau..
