Hostile Enviroment Phase
Foreign weapons training (dry). Weapons covered are Chinese AK47 M4 Glock 17 Bretta pistols. Firing drills and tactics are practiced extensively.
Full bore tactical field firing (live). This is carried out in a controled range and unique drive-in ranges where students having chacnce to practice vehicle contact drills extensively. Realistic battle handling lessons are practiced and tactical scenarios
developed. Weapons covered are the Glock 17 Bretta pistol, AK47, M4. Successful students are awarded a Weapon Handling Competency.
Upon successful completion of this Hostile Environment Close Protection course the student is awarded;
City & Guilds Level 3 Award for Working as a Close Protection Operative Within the Private Security Industry
City & Guilds Level 2 Conflict Managment
St Johns Level 2 First aid
New Zeland Training Wing Weapon Handling Competency
NZTW offers a wide variety of courses and training packages to help you secure employment in the Private Security Industry, such as Close Protection, Maritime Security, Hostile Environment, Firearm training, Door Supervision, Private Investigations, Surveillance and CCTV operators. All of our instructors are highly experienced and knowledgeable in the Private Security Sector, fully qualified with backgrounds in the British Military or the New Zealand Defence Force. Maritime Firearms and Hostile Environment training is undertaken with realistic scenarios. This is all in preparation for actual threats that you may encounter and is carried out on a controlled Live Firing range which simulates harsh environments overseas. Full support and supervision is given throughout all of the training by our dedicated instructors so help is always at hand.
