Barista - Part Two: 2 Days
Gain the confidence you need to get hired at a café. Over two days, you will learn how a café works and become familiar with point of sales systems to take orders.
You will learn:
Communicating with customers
How to set up for the day
How to cash-up and close up for the day
How to clean and maintain a espresso machine
Plus learn more techniques:
Soy Latte
Chai Latte
Iced Chocolate
Iced Coffee
Part two is an extension to part one, focusing on further practice to perfect your technique. We will also spend time making coffees on the espresso machine in our own commercial cafe on the ground floor of our building.
A certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of this course.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Aged 17 or over
